John Mayer Performed at Michael Jackson’s Memorial

The Michael jackson memorial was yesterday and it was quite an event. The highlight,
if you want to call it a highlight, was when Michael’s oldest child Paris took the mic and
said that her father Michael Jackson was the best father anyone could imagine. However,
there were some lighter moments at the memorial like when John Mayer took the stage
and played on guitar my favorite song by Michael Jackson. Human Nature. It was a
great rendition and he didn’t actually sing the lyrics and he is being quoted as saying that
he was glad he didn’t have to sing because he didn’t want to try to challenge Michael’s
vocal range on the song. I just want to mention how much I like John Mayer and I have
been a fan of his since his first cd in 2003 or 2002 or whatever. Good song. A lot of talent
in the room but Mayer shined through.
