Ryan Seacrest is Richer than You

In the years past, American Idol paid their people on a year to year basis. Which is
what they still do now in the case of Simon Cowell and giving his $145 mil to stay on
the show. But Ryan Seacrest was only making a measily $5 mil a year on the show.
So this time around Seacrest said, I want a raise or I walk. He got his wish and signed
a 3 year deal with CKX for $45 mil. Nice. However, that doesn’t mean that American
Idol will be around for the next three years. CKX owns the company that owns Idol.
So if Idol goe sunder, Seacrest will host whatever show that takes its place. I am sure
Seacrest has all kind of bank from his work on E! but now he is just that much richer.
He is still probably inthe closet because he could get just about any girl he wants and
he is still photographed on the streets and at red carpet events, which he is usually
hosting, and there is no mention or photograph of a girl on his shoulder. Either way,
he is rich and I am jealous. I heard jealousy is a sin. That means I have to be jealous
AND pray. You make my life complicated Seacrest.
